You can now access a multitude of information regarding your property by visiting our website, www.rentinstpete.com. By clicking "Property Owners", then "Owner Portal Access", you will be able to see the following:

• Summary ownership info, including cash bank balances
• Pending and paid invoices, as well as checks written
• Management Fees paid and Owner Distribution

There is also a menu, located towards the top of the window, that gives you the ability to run reports, change your password, and make contributions (i.e. - reserve payment, maintenance funding, etc).
