Note: DDPM completes an inspection on all properties prior to leasing and can advise owner on items that need attention prior to marketing the property. We can also assist in arranging needed work.
Some items routinely need to be addressed throughout the management of the property and are an owner expense such as occasional painting, carpet cleaning between tenants, cleaning, regular maintenance, etc. Owner should expect some expenses between tenants as a cost of business.
Any excessive wear and tear, excessive cleaning, etc will be billed to tenant upon move out.
