COMPENSATION

In consideration of the referral of Prospect, Receiving Firm shall pay Referring Firm as indicated below:
$50 for referring a prospective tenant to receiving firm that ultimately leases a property through Receiving Firm.
$300 for referring a property owner that ultimately signs a management agreement with receiving firm.


TIME OF PAYMENT

Any compensation owed hereunder shall be paid to referring Firm within 30 days of Receiving Firm’s receipt of its commission.

ALL REFERRALS TO RECEIVING FIRM WILL BE REFERRED BACK TO REFERRING AGENT IF PROSPECT DISCUSSES SELLING THEIR PROPERTY.
