    First floor is large eat in kitchen, dining/living combo, half bath and a spacious screened porch. Second floor is two large bedrooms and two baths plus a den/office and laundry

    Parking: One car garage off the kitchen

    Washer/Dryer: Water softener and washer/dryer new in 2006

    Pets: 2 cats or 1 dog (20 pound max) welcome with $350 additional deposit and $20 pet app fee; current shot records required for dogs
